Cancellation of bookings

We look forward to your booking and hope that you will be able to start your journey.
In the event of cancellation, we will be obliged to charge you a portion of the costs. Based on the total amount of your booking (excluding final cleaning), the following costs will be charged depending on the time of cancellation:

• 31 days and more before the start of the booking - no costs
• 30 days and less before the start of the booking - 50%
• 10 days and less before the start of the booking - 100%

In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to find a replacement immediately so that no or correspondingly lower costs are incurred.
